Owner Roscoe Skipper oversees the wine program. The wines are sourced from the cooler regions of California, the Northwest and Europe, and offer the best values that reflect terrior. Wines are chosen for their affinity with the ever-changing menu, and to represent quality wine regions, prodders and vineyards. Many are organically raised or bio-dynamic, gently handled and bottled un-fined and un-filtered. Temperature is important to wine service. Sparking wines are kept on ice, whites are served at 50°F and reds are served from our temperature controlled cellar at 60°F. Every wine is tested to see if decanting is in order. Our wines by the glass are designed to complement specific dishes. Our waiters and Sommelier can design a wine and food pairing upon request.
